During the registration process, job seekers are asked to submit their resume and cover letter information. This information will be made available to employers searching through the profile database unless the job seeker has chosen to remain anonymous. If the job seeker has chosen to remain anonymous, employers must request permission from the job seeker to review personal information and the corresponding cover letter and resume.

You may remove your resume and profile from the searchable database at any time. When applying for a job, non-registered job seekers will be asked to provide their name, resume, cover letter, telephone number and email address. This information will be transmitted via email to the employer that posted the job. When applying for a job, the information provided at the time of registration for a registered job seeker will be transmitted via email to the employer that posted the job. All information provided at the time of registration for a registered job seeker will be transmitted to the posting employer even in the case that a job seeker has chosen to have their profile remain anonymous to employers searching our profile database.
