Crossroads Trading Co., a small, professionally run recycled fashion
company, is looking to hire a Store Manager for a South Bay location.
We are a 22-store (and growing!) green company founded 15 years ago.
We’re proud that many of our staff members have been with us for a large
part of the journey. We think our success is due in part to the belief

celebrating achievements (even little ones) is important.

As one of our Store Managers, you can expect to have the following (and
probably more) responsibilities:
- create you own inventory by buying and managing merchandise
- interview and hire staff
- supervise, train and evaluate staff
- process payroll
- plan and conduct staff meetings; team-building
- direct merchandising and window displays
Store Manager candidates should have at least 2 years retail management
experience in the fashion/clothing industry.
